Our company is characterised by a complete, tailor-made process that starts with the architect's idea and develops through meticulous design, engineering and implementation phases.

Each project is unique and is followed with care, from initial conception to on-site assembly, guaranteeing results in line with the customer's expectations. We follow each step with dedication, ensuring quality and precision in every detail

01. ARCHITECT'S CONCEPT

The project starts with the architect’s vision, which is translated into a unique concept for the client. The initial drawings are transformed into a detailed specification, which includes all the elements to be customised. This document allows for an accurate estimate based on the specific requirements of the project.

02. ENGINEERING

With the estimate approved, we move on to the engineering phase, in which every technical aspect is analysed to ensure the best way of making the custom-made elements. Shop drawings are prepared, transforming the concept into preliminary technical solutions. Each element is studied in detail to meet the customer’s needs and ensure that it can be realised according to project specifications.

03. SAMPLING

At this stage, samples of materials and finishes are prepared, allowing the customer to verify and confirm aesthetic and quality choices. Since each project is customised, samples ensure that requirements are met and customer expectations are fulfilled.

04. SITE INSPECTION

The on-site inspection is crucial in order to make precise measurements and to identify any special conditions that might affect the assembly or realisation of the elements. This step ensures that each piece produced fits perfectly into the environment that it was designed for.

05. PRODUCTION LAUNCH

Once the executive technical drawings have been approved, production begins. Each element is manufactured by faithfully following the technical specifications defined in the previous stages, ensuring that every detail reflects the requirements of the project. Production, being made to measure, requires special attention to ensure compliance with what is planned.

06. QUALITY CONTROL

As production proceeds, each element undergoes rigorous quality control. Dimensions, finishes and conformity to project specifications are checked. Quality control is essential to ensure that each component is perfectly in line with expectations and ready for installation.

07. LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT

The logistics phase is carefully planned to ensure that all items arrive at their destination in perfect condition.Every step, from transport management to documentation, is taken care of down to the last detail to avoid delays or delivery problems.

08. ASSEMBLY AND SITE MANAGEMENT

In the final stage, all elements are installed on site.
The Project Manager coordinates the assembly, ensuring that each component is assembled correctly and that the installation takes place according to the project schedule and specifications. Thanks to careful site management, the end result fully reflects the concept and the client’s needs.
